Objective Of JDA Ganga Vihar Residential Plot Scheme 2025
The main objective of the scheme is to make it possible for Jaipur city residents to apply for reasonably priced residential plots. To ensure that every person has an equal opportunity of obtaining a residential plot, the residential plots will be distributed to all applicants for this scheme by lottery. The authorities have set the buying price for the plots under this scheme at Rs.14,000 per square meter. The residential plots under this scheme are situated close to Bassi Railway Station and the Jaipur-Agra Highway both of which are 2.5 km apart.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must live in Rajasthan state.
- The applicant must be older than 18.
- The family’s annual income cannot be more than:
- EWS (Economically Weaker Section): up to Rs.3,000,000 in annual income.Income in the LIG (Low-Income Group) ranges from Rs.3,00,001 to Rs.6,00,000.Middle-Income Group-B, or MIG-B is defined as having an annual income of Rs.12,00,001 to Rs.. 18,00,000.
- Income in the High-Income Group (HIG) ranges from Rs.18,00,001 to Rs. 20,00,000.
- No residential land or home in Jaipur city may be owned by the chosen residents or their spouses.
