The Uttar Pradesh government scheme has trained more than 53,000 people, mostly women in spoken Sanskrit. The scheme, which was started by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, aims to make Sanskrit accessible through the Missed Call Yojana, creative teaching techniques and public engagement campaigns. During a program at the Uttar Pradesh Sanskrit Sansthan on 7 February 2018, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that all students in the state’s schools should be able to speak basic Sanskrit. Missed Call Yojana 2025
The Missed Call Yojana was started by the Uttar Pradesh government to encourage the Sanskrit language. In Uttar Pradesh, a state scheme to promote the ancient language has taught more than 53,000 people, half of whom are women, in spoken Sanskrit.
